There are two ways to order, the easiest way is through the shopping basket on this website, it is totally secure and very easy to use. We accept the following credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Delta.  Any sizes and  requests can be specified in a comments box on checking out through the shopping basket facility.

You will be asked to register with us before you make a purchase. You do not have to register with us if you only wish to browse the store or add things to your basket - only if you decide to buy. Registered users enjoy a quick, easy and safe shopping experience, every repeat visit will mean quick and easy ordering. We do not keep credit card information, and will not pass your details on to any third parties.

The second way is to phone your order through to us, when you have selected the products you wish to order. Make a note of the product, the size you require and it's colour. Have your preferred payment method ready, i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Delta.

Credit Card Payments

In most cases we will only deliver to the address registered with the credit card company.
This precaution is to reduce the risk of online fraud and help protect you.

When you create an account the primary address MUST be that of the registered cardholder. A different delivery address may be included as the secondary address. The contact telephone number must be a valid landline if possible, in case extra confirmation of address is required. However, if you consider a mobile telephone number to be more appropriate, then please include this as well as or instead of a landline telephone number. 

No payment information is disclosed to third parties. However a contact telephone number may be given to a courier to ensure successful delivery.

Size Does Matter

Should you have questions about sizes please email us or phone us on 01372 461111 regarding the item in question. One of our sales staff will be happy to discuss your size requirements to ensure the most suitable fit. Please note that some brands / models round up or down on their sizes.

Delivery / Order Confirmation

Most UK orders (large / bulky items) are sent out by courier and 99% of the time arrive the next working day after dispatch. Smaller items may be delivered via Royal Mail / Parcel Force. These could take 2 to 3 days to arrive. 

We aim to have orders processed, packed, and out the door by the next working day. If any items you order are out of stock / have supply issues we will inform you as soon as possible (Most likely same day if order placed before 3pm Mon - Fri). If you require goods before a certain date (holiday perhaps) please email / phone before placing order to see if we can dispatch it in time.

Stock Issues

Due to the nature of stock production, some goods may fly out the door at the start of the season and be a nightmare to get hold of later on. We will try our hardest to keep popular lines well stocked but in the event of re-ordering from Europe / Rest Of World there may be delays of weeks.

If this is likely we will inform you as soon as possible about the likely delay and request confirmation should you wish to proceed with the order. Should the item be specially ordered in / made you may not be able to cancel the order.

Returning Orders

If you wish to return an item please email us or phone 01372 461111 before doing so. Refunds are only possible in cases where an item was of unsatisfactory quality/ not fit for the purpose or where it was mis-described; colours may vary on certain products.

Any items, which are returned for refund, must be received back at the correct shop within 14 days of the date of dispatch from the shop in the first instance.  The returned product(s) must be in a new and unused condition and arrive with original packing intact, together with all receipts.

Terms and conditions

The customer is liable for all postage costs for returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items lost en-route and would advise recorded & insured delivery. Exchanging returned items is not possible. We will issue a full refund (minus delivery charges), the customer may then place a new order. Any faulty items must be returned in clean condition - no dirt or mud. Dirty items will not be accepted for repair.

By buying an item from us you also agree to the Returns Policy. Any other terms are subject to the manager's discretion. Prices are correct at time of publishing (errors and omissions excepted). From time to time we will put items on special offer - ranging from one day to one week. Any refunds required on special offer items after the offer is over will be refunded at the price you paid at the time of purchase. In the event of major exchange rate changes certain imported prices may be subject to change without warning.

Photos of stock items may differ in colour slightly from actual stock. If you are unsure of the suitability of a certain item for your requirements please contact us before purchase. Due to the vast amount of stock we are unable to test / try out every item - all descriptions are for general guidance.

Liability Statement

All sports / activities catered for on this site can be risky and hazardous. It is the individual's own responsibility to learn and understand the proper techniques associated with safe participation in these activities and to fully accept and assume all risks, damages, injury or death which may result from the use of the items supplied by Sandown Active Sports.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
